- Fitbit Connect 2.0.2.7066 is available to all software users as a free download for Windows 10 PCs but also without a hitch on Windows 7 and Windows 8. Compatibility with this activity tracker software may vary, but will generally run fine under Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP on either a 32.
- After your driver software installs, use your Windows 10 computer to update the firmware on your watch as instructed by Customer Support. All other devices Make sure your tracker is charged and then try these steps.

- If you already have a Fitbit account, use the Fitbit app on your phone, tablet, or Bluetooth-enabled Windows 10 computer to set up your new scale. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab your profile picture. Tap Set Up a Device. Choose your device. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a Fitbit account and connect your scale to the internet.

How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?Choose the instructions below based on whether you already have a Fitbit account. Use the primary phone, tablet, or computer your child will use with their tracker.
I need to create a Fitbit account- Download and install the Fitbit app from one of the following locations:
- iPhones and iPads—Apple App Store
- Android phones—Google Play Store
- Windows 10 devices—Microsoft Store
- With the tracker nearby, open the Fitbit app.
- Tap Join Fitbit.
- When prompted to choose a device to set up, tap Ace or Ace 2.
- Tap Continue.
- Tap Create Account, and follow the on-screen instructions to create your Fitbit account.
- Tap the link in the email you receive to verify your email address.
- Return to the Fitbit app, and tap Next.
- Tap Create Family Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to review the privacy notice.
- Enter your child's information for their account, and tap Next.
- On the Choose Mobile Device screen, tap Pair With This Device.
- Confirm you want to connect the tracker to this device. Kid view appears.
- Tap Set up at the top.
- Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to set up your child's tracker.
- With the tracker nearby, open the Fitbit app, and log in to your account.
- On the Today tab , tap your profile picture.
- Tap Create Family Account > Create Family. Note that you may be prompted to verify your email address.
- Tap + Create Child Account.
- When prompted, enter your Fitbit password.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to review the privacy notice.
- Enter your child's information for their account, and tap Next.
- On the Choose Mobile Device screen, tap Pair With This Device.
- Confirm you want to connect the tracker to this device. Kid view appears.
- Tap Set up at the top.
- Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to set up your child's tracker.
Connect Ace or Ace 2 to an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Windows 10 device to transfer (or sync) data to the Fitbit app, where you and your child can see their stats in kid view, participate in challenges, and more. To verify that your device is compatible with the Fitbit app, go to fitbit.com/devices.
Does my child need their own device to set up Ace or Ace 2?For the best experience, have your child connect Ace or Ace 2 to their device. If your child doesn’t have one, you can connect their tracker to your device. Note that you can only connect the tracker to 1 device.
Which Fitbit devices are compatible with a Fitbit child account?Fitbit Ace and Fitbit Ace 2 can be connected to a Fitbit child account. For more information, see How do I get started with Fitbit kids devices?
Children without a Fitbit device may use MobileTrack in the Fitbit app to track their steps. Note that you must create a child account in the app before setting up MobileTrack.

How do I add more child accounts to my Fitbit family account?- On the Today tab , tap your profile picture. Make sure you're in parent view.
- Tap My Family.
- Find the option to create a child account.
- Enter your Fitbit password.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to review the privacy notice.
- Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new child account.

How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?Syncing is the process that transfers the data the tracker collects to your child’s account in the Fitbit app. If the tracker is paired to your child’s device, it syncs every time your child opens the Fitbit app.
After your child syncs their tracker, log in to your Fitbit family account on your device and switch to kid view to check their daily activity.
If you have more than 1 child account connected to the same device, you must sync each tracker individually. For instructions, see How do I sync Ace or Ace 2 with my device?
If your child or children don’t have their own device, you can sync their trackers with your device. Note that if you have multiple trackers connected to the same device, you must sync each tracker individually.
To begin, create a Fitbit child account for each child and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the trackers to your device. For instructions, see How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices? /samsung-hacking-software.html.
After you connect the trackers, follow the steps below to sync each Ace or Ace 2:
- With the trackers nearby, log in to your Fitbit account.
- On the Today tab , tap your profile picture.
- Tap My Family.
- Under your child’s name, tap Switch to Kid View.
- Tap your child's profile picture, and tap their device tile.
- Scroll down, and find the option to Sync Now.
- After the tracker syncs, return to the account screen.
- Scroll down and tap Switch to Parent View and enter your password.
- Repeat steps 2-7 to sync additional trackers.
To set up an account, you’re prompted to enter information such as your child’s height to help calculate their activity. Only other members in your family account or Fitbit friends you approve can send your child direct messages or invite them to participate in challenges.
Why can’t I verify my email address?If you don’t see the email to verify your Fitbit account, check your spam folder. If you didn’t receive the email, contact Customer Support.
